Description: In 1940-41 Fisher-Price introduced a new toy movement design in their #550-463 Donald. Blue rectangular wooden platform that rolls on 4 red wooden wheels, has a blue 4-sided wooden cart on the back, and has a wooden cut-out Donald Duck on the front. The cut-out has paper lithographs on both sides of Donald Duck wearing a white sailor's cap and blue sailor's shirt with yellow trim. Donald has 2 separate wooden arms with paper lithographs on both sides of blue sleeves and white hands. One arm has an attached wooden baton with a wooden ball on one end. The arm moves up and down and the baton twirls as the toy is pulled.
Toys numbered "500-463" were on the market for Easter 1940 and 1941. Measures 10”L x 10”H x 4”W.
The lito is aged in color, has some torn edges, along with some of it is lifting off the wood. This may be missing the ball on baton. The small red what looks like a wheel in the phot is with it, but I am not sure where it goes. Marked cWDP 550-463. Fisher price
